A. Grant Mangum, EA, lives in Rocky Mount, NC. He has been a professional business manager and consultant to hundreds of heath care practices in the Carolinas since 1966. He started his own business in 1968 and began professional valuations for health care practices in 1980. He is a graduate of Barton College in Wilson, NC, and a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents. Grant is active in his church having served as a long-standing deacon including Chairman of the Board of Deacons. He is married and the father of two sons, one of whom is his business associate.
Kirk Mangum, M.S.A., has been with the family business since 2003. Prior to joining the business, he worked for more than eight years in various roles of commercial real estate including appraisal, leasing, project management, acquisition/disposition and development. He continues to hold an active NC Broker license. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a B.S.B.A. degree in finance and a M.S.A. degree in accounting. He has held various board positions with several local organizations. He currently serves as a board director with the Woods Charter School Foundation. He is an Eagle Scout, has thru-hiked the 2178 mile Appalachian Trail, and is a long-standing member of the National Ski Patrol. Kirk is active in his church and volunteers with many local charity organizations. A native of Rocky Mount, he lives in Durham with his wife Courtney and their 3 children.
